Garden Furniture and BBQs are likely to be delivered on a pallet, the Standard Pallet Delivery will take place 3 to 5 working days (excludes weekends and bank holidays) after your order is placed.If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to get in contact. Delivery will take place during a working weekday from Monday - Friday, however we may occasionally be able to deliver on Saturdays.We aim to deliver Artificial & Fibre Optic Christmas Trees within 2 to 3 working days but delays may be possible during the busy Christmas period, local deliveries may arrive sooner.Please see our full Delivery & Returns for further information. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of reaching our warehouse using the same method that you paid with. We are able to arrange for a collection if that is easier for you – please contact us if required. We would recommend that you use a postal service with proof of postage and insurance. Please make sure that you sufficiently package up your return to prevent any damage as the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, you'll need to arrange for the goods to be returned to us. We chose to keep the price of our products as low as possible and as such this unfortunately doesn’t allow for free returns. Have proof of purchase, such as receipt or delivery note.
Be unused and in original condition, with all packaging, tags and labels intact. We hope that you’ll be happy with what you buy, however if you change your mind then you can return unwanted items 14 days after purchase. If you have any questions about this please don’t hesitate to contact us. If this is the case then it will clearly be indicated in the product information for your awareness. Some of our products will be shipped directly from suppliers and so might have a slightly different timescales. If this is the case you’ll see this in the checkout before you pay. There are a some number of large and heavy products which require a delivery charge. If you spend under £75 then your standard delivery charge will either be £2.75 or £4.50 depending on the size and weight of your order. Our standard delivery is free if you spend over £75.
